When you add an item to your shopping cart using Firefox or Internet Explorer in Tabbed mode, the browser does not open a new window displaying your shopping cart, but instead opens a new tab. Clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button in your shopping cart will not close the shopping cart tab and bring you back to the CCGH Event Payment page to allow you to add another item to your cart. Instead, it will refresh the Event Payment page - the first tab.
To return to the Event Payment page to continue shopping, manually click on the tab for the Event Payment page (first tab). If you add an additional item to your cart, you will again have to click on the (second) tab showing the updated shopping cart. Clicking the View Cart button creates yet a third Firefox tab.
If you find this confusing, please use Internet Explorer without tabbed mode to purchase event tickets, as the shopping cart pop-up window will close and you will easily be returned to the Event Payment page upon clicking the Continue Shopping button.
This is a known bug with Firefox (and tabbed IE) and the Paypal service, and we apologize for any inconvenience and trouble it may have caused you.
